That is my father, who was pulled in for modelling duties due to it being pony shedding season and not wanting to put new stock anywhere near my ponies while they are producing 50,000 loose hairs per day (they’re modelling their own hats, those two aren’t for sale).
What is the purpose of a Horse Hat?
What is the function of a rubber duck? Its purpose is whimsy, its fun, it brings joy. It does absolutely nothing at all to improve your horse’s ridden work but neither do bling browbands and we all love them!
Isn’t it disrespectful to the horse to make them wear a hat?
No, its a horse. If you put the hat on them, give them a treat, and tell them how cute they look, they’ll just think “hat is good”.
Sizing: These hats are a very generous fit, if in doubt choose a smaller size than you would usually use.
